Conditions of sale

  1. Information necessary to place an order: product description based on the catalogue, date of completion, name and the address of a person placing the order, taxpayer identification number, name and phone/fax number or e-mail address of a person authorized to place an order, date of placing the order, a stamp and signature of the client, method of payment and method of receipt.
  2. Clients who set payment by bank transfer are asked to attach to the first order register documents of their company, that is taxpayer identification number, National Official Business Register REGON and KRS document.
  3. The contract is made when the client is given the confirmation that Legra Sp. z o. o. accepted the order.
  4. The minimum order is 100 copies identical in colour, material and range (it does not refer to leather cover calendars). Number of copies may differ from the ordered number by +/- 2 percent and in orders exceeding 500 copies by +/- 1 percent.
  5. Calendar, its arrangement and content, particularly name days list, maps, distances between cities, frontier crossings, embassy addresses, time zones, holidays (free days) is a work within the meaning of the Copyright and Related Rights Act of 04.02.1994 and it cannot be the object of complaint.
  6. Client collects goods at his own expense from Legra Sp. z o.o. storehouses unless it Unless both sides concerned have agreed otherwise.
  7. An approximate time of contract completion for standard calendars is four weeks since the moment of sending back the final acceptance.
  8. Time of contract completion for non-standard orders is arranged individually.
  9. We accept only written orders and order modifications.
  10. If the client makes modifications after the final acceptance of the materials and the contract has not been completed yet the term of order completion is automatically put forward number of days that equals the time between the final acceptance day and day of modification.
  11. The person authorized by the client would be given completed or improved projects of pressings, inserts, interleaves, original covers with prints even if we get a completed electronic project from our client. If a colour interleaf is ordered please give us colour model or Pantone numbers.
  12. Faults in part of the order cannot be the object of complaint of the whole delivery.
  13. Legra Sp. z o.o. reserves the right to use calendars as promotional material.
  14. Compensation liability of Legra Sp. z o.o. in virtue of inadequate completion of contract is restricted to price of contract execution. Legra Sp. z o.o. is not held liable for possible benefits lost, which might be the consequence of inadequate contract completion.
  15. Possible litigations arising from contracts signed in respect of General Sales and Delivery Conditions would be adjudicated by court of proper jurisdiction for Legra Sp. z o.o.
  16. Information in calendars, particularly telephone and address data and maps are as on 31.03.2007.
  17. Legra Sp. z o.o. has used best efforts to make data in calendars to be as a matter of fact and is not responsible for possible irregularities.
